Congress Must Protect American Innovation
Technology has reshaped our economy, helping give every American access to opportunity, information, and each other. For decades, American technology breakthroughs have made life easier for consumers and small businesses.
But American innovators are under a misguided attack. Some members of Congress may break the economy that has made America the innovation leader it is today. And with that, they’ll put millions of jobs at risk.
Right now, in the Senate, the American Innovation and Choice Online Act is threatening our future by fundamentally restructuring the foundation of our economy.
American businesses large and small use constantly evolving technology to compete — they create new products and services, they build new apps to connect with customers and employees, and they streamline operations and supply lines.
American consumers use technology to find the best prices, find new jobs, learn new skills, and connect with one another.
Neither will have access to the same technologies, services, or opportunities they have today if the American Innovation and Choice Online Act were to become law.
And with that, millions of jobs in all 50 states instantly become at risk.
The Senate must vote NO on the American Innovation and Choice Online Act.
Voting no will preserve the competition that spurs the transformative economic change we’ve seen over the past two decades. Voting no will ensure that good-paying jobs remain for our kids and grandkids. And voting no ensures that American innovators can continue to lead the world in big ideas that can change lives for the better.
